HOW DO I SET UP MY ONLINE THERAPY SESSION?

simple, easy and quick

Your one-to-one online therapy session will take place using Skype, WhatsApp or Zoom Conferencing.

The process of setting up your online therapy session is very simple:

THERAPY ON SKYPE

You can register for a free Skype account and download the free Skype software here. You'll need to do this before booking your online therapy appointment with me.  When you contact me to book in for your session, you'll need to provide your Skype-registered email address and your Skype username. At the date and time we agree for your appointment, all you have to do is log into Skype on your computer. I'll  use the details you provided to add you to a Skype video call.

THERAPY ON ZOOM

To set this up, all you have to do is tell me your email address. Shortly before your Skype Psych session is due to start, I’ll email you an invitation to our video call. You'll just follow the link, Zoom.us will download a widget onto your PC and I’ll be there waiting for you in the Zoom video conference meeting, if you use a tablet, Android device or Chromebook there is a Zoom App. Alternatively, if you visit the Zoom website, register a free account and download the 'Meetings Client' from the downloads section on the bottom of the homepage, Zoom is always available ready for use on your PC or Apple device.

To set this up, you'll need to download WhatsApp, if you don't already have it. I'll then need your mobile number. At the time of your appointment, I'll call you using the video chat function on the app.
